Al-Mahwit: The Women's Authority in Shibam Kawkaban District, located in Al-Mahwit province, organized a cultural event on Sunday to commemorate Al-Wilayah Day and express solidarity with the Palestinian people.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event featured speeches that emphasized the importance of observing this occasion as a reaffirmation of loyalty to Almighty Allah, the Noble Prophet, and Imam Ali (peace be upon him). The anniversary was presented as an opportunity to deepen awareness of the principle of Al-Wilayah and to learn from Imam Ali's life, particularly his courage, sacrifice, and commitment to defending the oppressed.
Speakers at the event also underscored the crucial role women play in nurturing a generation that upholds the values of Al-Wilayah. They highlighted the importance of being prepared to confront the challenges and conspiracies that threaten the nation.
