Sana'a: The Mawlid al-Nabawi seven-a-side football tournament, organized by the General Corporation for Textbook Printing Press, continued today in Sana'a. The semi-final matches resulted in the qualification of Al-Malsi and Al-Madani teams to the final of the tournament, which lasts two weeks with the participation of teams from the corporation's employees and affiliates: Al-Sammad, Al-Ghamari, Al-Malsi, and Al-Madani, playing in a round-robin format.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Malsi team secured its place in the final after defeating Al-Ghamari team 5-2, while Al-Madani team clinched the qualification spot after beating Al-Sammad team 5-3 in a match characterized by intense competition and excitement.
Al-Malsi and Al-Madani will meet in an anticipated final on the turf of Al-Walaa Stadium in Al-Garaf, in a match expected to be thrilling and competitive, especially since the two teams had previously drawn 3-3 in the tournament's opening match.
