Al-Mawlid and Idris Evaluate Renovation Needs for Al-Bayda Youth Club Building

Al-Bayda: Youth and Sports Minister Dr. Mohammed Al-Mawlid and Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris inspected the damage to the Al-Bayda Youth Club building, a result of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression, and reviewed the necessary renovation requirements.

According to Yemen News Agency, the officials, accompanied by Deputy Governor for Administrative Units Abdullah Al-Jamali, received a detailed explanation from club official Abdullah Al-Laswas about the rehabilitation needs for the damaged facilities. They discussed the challenges facing the sports sector in the governorate and the plans to resume sports activities and tournaments.

Minister Al-Mawlid underscored the importance of rehabilitating sports projects to develop youth talents in various games. He stressed the need to complete technical studies for all buildings damaged by the aggression that targeted the country's capabilities.

Governor Idris affirmed his commitment to supporting youth and sports projects. He directed the preparation of a study to rehabilitate and renovate buildings, the indoor hall, and stadiums in the sports city.

The officials also examined the buildings of the Youth and Sports Office, Youth Hostel, the main stadium, and sports city facilities in Al-Bayda.
