Sana'a: The Supreme Political Council Adviser, Lt. Gen. Ali bin Ali Al-Qaisi, has extended a congratulatory message to Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and Supreme Political Council President Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, marking the 12th anniversary of the September 21 Revolution.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Qaisi conveyed his congratulations not only to the Revolution Leader and members of the Supreme Political Council, but also to the armed forces, security personnel, and the Yemeni people. He highlighted the occasion as a national anniversary, emphasizing its significance in restoring Yemen's freedom and independence, thereby steering the country back onto the right path.
Al-Qaisi remarked that the 12th anniversary takes place at a time when Yemen, under Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi's leadership, is actively pursuing the revolution's goals. He cited significant military victories on the western coast and other fronts, as well as Yemen's continued support for regional causes as evidence of the revolution's ongoing impact.
He further commented on the revolution's role in confronting perceived plots against Yemen, making strides toward self-sufficiency, and ending foreign influence, despite the ongoing challenges posed by war and blockade. He expressed hope that the anniversary would herald Yemen's continued progress towards victory, empowerment, development, and prosperity under its current leadership.
