Al-qanawis: An evening celebration marking the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) was held in Bani Mahdi area in al-Qanawis district of Hodeida province. Speeches delivered at the event, attended by the governorate's advisor Muhammad Mahdi and the district director Mohamed al-Qawzi, highlighted the significance of rejoicing and celebrating the Prophet's birth and emphasized following his noble path and exemplary life.
According to Yemen News Agency, the speakers noted that adhering to the prophetic approach helps in building a generation capable of confronting the enemies of the nation. They stressed that celebrating the Prophet's birthday is an important occasion to respond to campaigns by Islam's enemies and to demonstrate love and loyalty to the Messenger of Allah.
The speeches also emphasized that the birthday of the Prophet is a key moment for all members of the nation to draw lessons and inspiration from his life, conduct, and teachings. The evening, attended by local and executive leaders, mobilization representatives, and social figures, included poetry recitations and expressive musical performances celebrating the occasion.
