Sana’a: Researcher Fadhl Ali al-Rubaie earned his Doctorate Degree from the Business Administration Center for Graduate Studies at Sana’a University for his dissertation titled ‘The Impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance through Intellectual Capital: A Field Study in the Yemeni Telecommunications Sector.’
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussion and evaluation committee, chaired by Dr. Sinan al-Muradi (internal examiner) and including Dr. Abdulfattah al-Qaras (external examiner) and Dr. Zaid Shawesh (supervisor), commended the quality of the dissertation and the significance of the researcher’s findings.
