Sana'a: The General Mobilization in the al-Sabeen district of Sana'a organized a cultural event on Thursday to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah. The event took place under the slogan "Whoever I am his master, then this Ali is his master."
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by the district's Guidance Officer, Ahmed al-Saraji, alongside social figures. The program featured various speeches that highlighted the importance of commemorating this occasion to strengthen the principle of al-Wilayah in the nation's reality, correct its path, confront adversaries, and support Islamic sanctities.
Speakers at the event emphasized that loyalty to God, His Messenger, Imam Ali, and the beacons of guidance is achieved through following, emulating, and imitating these figures.
In addition, a popular festival was held in al-Sabeen Square, accompanied by cultural events in several neighborhoods, to mark the Day of Wilayah of Imam Ali. These festivities included speeches, cultural performances, and poetry that underscored the significance of the occasion and emphasized adherence to the teachings of Imam Ali.
Participants stressed the importance of commemorating the Day of al-Wilayah as a pivotal step in guiding the nation back to its rightful path, enhancing its status, defending its sanctities, and championing its causes.
