Shares: Martyr Al-Sammad Team clinched the Prophet's Birthday football championship title in the Shares district of Hajjah governorate on Saturday. The team achieved a decisive victory in the final match, defeating Martyr Al-Madani Team with a score of 4-0. The tournament was organized by the district's Youth and Sports Branch and supervised by the governorate's Youth and Sports Office, featuring participation from eight teams.
According to Yemen News Agency, District Director Abdullatif Al-Bakri and Youth and Sports Branch Director Zaid Tufayan commended the teams for their competitive spirit and emphasized the role of such sports tournaments in fostering a deeper connection among young people with the legacy of Prophet Muhammad. After the match, the champions, runners-up, and standout players were honored for their performances.
