Amran: Amran Community College held on Wednesday a cultural and commemorative event marking the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birth. Speakers, including Amran Governor Dr. Faisal Jamaan, Deputy Minister of Education Dr. Ibrahim Luqman, mobilization official Mohammed Al-Ghareb, and College Dean Dr. Mohammed Al-Naqeeb, stressed the importance of commemorating the occasion and drawing lessons from the Prophet's life.
According to Yemen News Agency, the speakers highlighted the need to promote awareness among students of the Prophet's morals, aiming to reinforce faith-based and educational values in society. They also called for broad participation in the central events on the 12th of Rabi' Al-Awwal to commemorate the Prophet's birth.
The event, attended by officials, academics, and educational staff, featured speeches and cultural presentations underscoring the significance of the occasion. An exhibition of graphic works was also opened on the sidelines of the event.
