Amran:Tribes in the Jabal Yazid District of Amran Governorate have announced a general mobilization and expressed full readiness to confront what they describe as Saudi escalation. This declaration was made on Tuesday during an armed tribal gathering attended by Amran Governor Faisal Jamaan, General Mobilization Official Mohammed Al-Gharab, members of Parliament and the Shura Council, local officials, and various tribal and community representatives.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants at the gathering committed to providing fighters and resources to the fronts in support of the armed forces. They delivered a convoy of food and in-kind goods valued at approximately 25 million rials to troops stationed on the fronts. The convoy included cattle, sheep, and food supplies, underscoring the tribes' comprehensive mobilization efforts against perceived threats.
The tribes reiterated their support for Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, granting him the authority to take necessary actions to deter the enemy, end aggression, and break the siege. They also pledged continued mobilization and recruitment efforts while joining military training courses, expressing their backing for military operations against Saudi military build-ups.
Additionally, they called for solidarity from Arab and Muslim nations, as well as people of conscience globally, condemning the international community's silence on what they claim are Saudi crimes against Yemeni civilians.
In a related development, an expanded meeting was held in Habour District, led by Deputy Governor Abdulaziz Kharfasha, to discuss preparations for an upcoming tribal mobilization event.
