Sana'a: The Supreme National Anti-Corruption Commission, in collaboration with the National Women's Committee, organized an educational workshop aimed at its female employees to highlight the significance of enrolling their children in summer courses. The event, held on Sunday, focused on the critical role these courses play in the development of youth.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Maryam al-Jawfi underscored the importance of these courses in shielding young people from harmful influences, reinforcing their faith identity, and fostering a closer connection to Allah. Al-Jawfi pointed out the revolutionary and political leadership's emphasis on summer activities as a means to promote Quranic culture, defend against "soft warfare," and enhance skills.
Dr. al-Jawfi encouraged female employees to support their children's participation in these programs, emphasizing their contribution to cultivating valuable knowledge and behaviors in future generations. Trainer Hana al-Mahdi further elaborated on the threats posed by soft warfare and the crucial role of summer courses in fostering awareness, also noting the opposition these courses face from adversaries.
Al-Mahdi highlighted the essential responsibility of parents in enrolling their children in these courses for their overall benefit. This workshop comes in the wake of the Authority's recent introduction of an integrity and corruption prevention awareness program for students involved in summer courses.
