Dhamar: The Applied College of Science and Technology in Dhamar province on Monday held an event marking the annual Martyr Anniversary, honoring relatives of martyrs from among the college's staff.
According to Yemen News Agency, speakers from the National Women's Committee, the women's department, the Pharmacy Department, and the student forum highlighted the significance of sacrifice, the cultural and religious meaning of martyrdom, and the role of martyrs in defending the nation.
The speakers emphasized that current achievements are the result of the sacrifices made in pursuit of dignity and national sovereignty.
The event also praised recent military achievements and called for continued support and care for the families of martyrs, stressing that this responsibility is shared by both the state and society.
