Kuala lumpur: The draw for the Asian U-17 qualifiers, held in the Malaysian capital, placed the national team in Group B. This development sets the stage for an exciting round of matches as the national team prepares to face its competitors.

According to Yemen News Agency, Group B will see the national team compete against Yemen, host nation Kyrgyzstan, Cambodia, Laos, Guam, and Pakistan. A total of thirty-eight teams are participating in the qualifiers, which are divided into seven groups.

The format specifies that three groups will engage in a single-round, all-vs-all competition. The winners of these groups will advance to join nine other teams that have already secured their spots in the Asian finals. This structure promises competitive matches as teams vie for advancement in this prestigious tournament.
