Bani al-harith: The Educational Zone in Bani Al-Harith District of the Capital Secretariat organized an athletic race today for summer course students, held under the slogan "Knowledge and Jihad". The event aimed to promote physical activity and talent development among the youth and junior participants.
According to Yemen News Agency, the race commenced from the intersection of the Airport Line with the New Line and concluded at Al-Sarkha Roundabout. A total of 300 students participated in the event, representing both youth and junior categories.
The conclusion of the race saw attendance from several notable figures, including the Mobilization Officer in the district, Mohammed Al-Ghurbani; the Director of the Educational Zone, Abdul Salam Al-Ghoul; the Director of the Youth and Sports Office, Ahmed Misbah; and members of the subcommittee for courses, Nasser Ghathaya, Raghib Abu Ali, and Mohammed Sabana. Officials from the summer courses were also present. The winning students in both categories were awarded trophies and medals for their achievements.
Al-Ghoul highlighted that the athletic race is an integral part of the summer course activities and programs, designed to nurture the talents and skills of youth and adolescents, while encouraging them to engage in various sports.
