Bayda Governor Inspects Construction of Agricultural Credit Bank Building

Bayda: Bayda governor Abdullah Idris inspected on Tuesday progress on the construction of a new Agricultural Cooperative Credit Bank building in the governorate, a project valued at 70 million Yemeni riyals. The two-story facility is being built to replace the bank's previous headquarters, which was destroyed in 2015.

According to Yemen News Agency, bank officials have reported that construction has reached approximately 80 percent completion. The new building will house administrative offices, departments, and service halls, enhancing the bank's capacity to serve its clients.

During the visit, Governor Idris reviewed the progress of work and praised the quality of construction and engineering standards. He urged contractors to complete the remaining work as quickly as possible, emphasizing the importance of the project for the local community.

Governor Idris also commended the bank's role in providing services to public-sector employees and investors, highlighting its contribution to supporting local economic activity.
