Bayda Governor Reviews Progress on Key Road Project

Bayda: Governor Abdullah Idris conducted an inspection of the road construction and backfilling project that connects 30th Street, Azza, the ring road, and the Mukairas highway. The project, which has a budget of 89 million riyals, is funded by the local authority.

According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Idris was accompanied by Shura Council member Abdullah al-Mudhafari during the inspection. Project engineer Faisal al-Sudani provided an update, stating that 80% of the 6-kilometer stretch, which extends from Azza to Dughaila, Aslam, and links to Mukairas, has been completed.

Governor Idris stressed the importance of accelerating the work in line with engineering standards. He underscored the significance of the project in alleviating traffic congestion and its contribution to local development initiatives.
