This is in line with the directives of the Leader, who calls for brotherhood, cooperation, and integration.
A statement from the Seventh Military Region Command praised the honorable stance demonstrated by the people of Bayda Governorate through their large turnout to commemorate the Prophet's birthday. The statement considered the large public turnout an embodiment of sincere emulation of the Prophet's biography, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, and an expression of true loyalty and conscious belonging to the authentic Muhammadan project.
The statement praised the interaction of the governorate's people, the smooth flow of the roads, and the orderliness of the crowds in the central event square, reflecting loyalty to the Messenger of God and adherence to his righteous approach. It also noted all the great efforts made to ensure the success of this event, which resulted in a distinguished act of faith, presenting a pioneering image of Bayda Governorate and its people, and their interaction befitting the status and significance of the occasion.
The Commander of the Military Region, Major General Nasser al-Mahmoudi, emphasized that celebrating the birth of the leader and savior of the nation angers and pains the enemies of Islam and affirms the close connection of the people of faith and wisdom to their noble Prophet. He explained that Yemen's position on the Palestinian cause is firm and principled, and that the Yemeni people's support for the people of Gaza is a religious and moral duty. He considered the celebration of the Prophet's birthday a revival of the path of truth and a confrontation of falsehood and tyranny.
Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris affirmed that this year's celebration witnessed unprecedented popular momentum in response to the call of the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi. He pointed out that extremist groups and Takfiri elements worked to prohibit and prevent the celebration of this occasion in some areas of the districts before purging them. They also spread false ideas about the heresy of the celebration, in an attempt to separate the nation from its Prophet, but these attempts failed miserably.
