Sana'a: Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh Bin Habtoor, a member of the Supreme Political Council, sent a cable of congratulations to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and to Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of the glorious September 21 Revolution.
