Sana'a: A meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Burn Treatment and Cosmetic Surgery was held on Monday in Sana'a, chaired by the Minister of Public Health and Environment, Dr. Ali Shiban, who also leads the board.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting saw the participation of key figures including Ali Al-Shamahi, Deputy Minister of Finance for Revenues; Dr. Yahya Al-Sayaghi, Executive Director of the National Center for Burn Treatment and Cosmetic Surgery; and Osama Al-Khatib, Deputy Executive Director of the Oil Company for Financial Affairs. The discussions were centered on the center's general budget for the current year. The primary aim is to expedite the completion of rehabilitation, renovation, and equipment installation at the main center in Hamdan, Sana'a, to better serve patients coming from different provinces.
The board also reviewed the center's executive plan and assessed the progress made from January to May 2025. The discussions included addressing the challenges encountered in the workflow.
