Sana’a: The Secretary of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud Abad, reviewed the conditions of the Central Correctional Facility in the Capital Secretariat, focusing on its service, health facilities, and rehabilitation laboratories for inmates.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Capital Secretary was briefed on the sections of the clothing and leather sewing laboratories, carpentry, blacksmithing, and aluminum workshops. He examined the products and handicrafts produced by the inmates, as well as the current status of the dispensary and the health services provided.
Dr. Abad engaged in discussions with the director of the Central Correctional Facility regarding potential support for sports, social, and rehabilitation activities for male and female inmates. This initiative aims at improving their conditions and addressing their needs.
He highlighted the significance of collaborative efforts to enhance services and care for inmates, emphasizing the importance of rehabilitating them and equipping them with skills through participation in craft and vocational projects.
Dr. Abad also stressed the importance of engaging with the Ramadan program and utilizing the daily lessons provided by the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
