Beijing: The Chinese Ministry of Commerce announced this Sunday that it has begun implementing procedures to grant an exemption allowing the export of Nixperia chips that comply with civilian use, following a crisis regarding this matter with the Netherlands.

According to Yemen News Agency, the ministry stated that it awaits concrete measures from the Netherlands to resolve the crisis related to Nixperia, which has led to a shortage of the company’s chips and threatened the automobile production sector.

Further, it mentioned that China welcomes the ongoing efforts from the European side to urge the Dutch side to correct its “wrong” practices.
