Civil Service Ministry Processes Over 11,000 Services Electronically in August

Sana'a: The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development in Sana'a successfully processed 11,551 services in August through its electronic window system. These services facilitated employment changes in the capital, Sanaa, and other provinces.

According to Yemen News Agency, the ministry's August statistics revealed that the services encompassed a wide range of employment-related transactions. These included data completion, processing and adjustment of employment records, updating employee data, salary release procedures, promotions, transfers, secondments, and other employment-related procedures.

In addition to the electronic services, the ministry issued 266 administrative opinions in July. Out of these, 51 opinions were issued through its offices in the capital and other provinces. As part of a project to address employment irregularities, the ministry also collected fingerprints and photographs from 51 employees.

The statistics highlighted the ministry's commitment to enhancing its services, simplifying access procedures, and creating an integrated digital work environment. This initiative aims to improve institutional performance and allow citizens and employees to access government services more efficiently and effectively.
