Sanaa: The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning has forecasted a cold spell during the night and early morning hours across several provinces in the Republic over the next 24 hours. According to the center’s bulletin, which was shared with the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), provinces such as Sa’ada, Amran, Sana’a, Dhamar, and Al-Bayda will experience minimum temperatures ranging from 04 to 08 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the highlands of Ibb, Lahj, and Abyan will witness relatively cold conditions.
According to Yemen News Agency, sporadic rains accompanied by occasional thunderstorms are anticipated in the Socotra Archipelago Province, as well as the Gulf of Aden, the eastern and southern coasts, and the adjacent interior areas. The meteorological center has issued warnings to residents in mountainous regions and interior plateaus to be cautious of the cold weather, particularly advising children, the elderly, and workers who venture out during night and early morning hours.
