Al-saddah: An event was held on Wednesday at the Lady Aisha Girls' Complex in Al-Saddah District, Ibb Governorate, to celebrate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). During the event, the district's education sector official, Fawaz Ghalis, emphasized that the victories and dignity achieved by the Yemeni people are a result of following the noble example of the Prophet and adhering to his path in confronting tyrants and oppressors, as well as defending the causes of the nation.
According to Yemen News Agency, Ghalis described the humiliation and suffering experienced in the Arab and Islamic world as a consequence of the community's distancing from the Qur'an and the final Prophet (peace be upon him and his family). He also addressed attempts by enemies to separate the nation from its Prophet through distorted cultural influences and misleading ideas that have misrepresented the Prophet's noble biography. He highlighted the deep connection of the Ansar's descendants with the Prophet and their commitment to follow his example and support the oppressed.
Meanwhile, the complex director, Afaf Ghrab, noted that celebrating the Prophet's birthday strengthens the bond with him, helps spread his noble biography, and educates new generations about his life. She pointed out that the people of Yemen have always been among the most devoted and loving followers of the Prophet's teachings. She explained that this occasion is one of the holiest and most important religious events, consistently observed by the Yemeni people as an expression of their faith, loyalty, love, and emulation of the Prophet and his noble conduct. The celebration included the participation of educational leaders and featured hymns and poetry that reflected the significance of the occasion.
In addition, the residents of Al-Markham in Al-Saddah District organized a speech event at Al-Qadisiyah School to commemorate the Prophet's birthday. The speeches highlighted the importance of following the Prophet's biography, adhering to his guidance, uniting ranks against the enemies of the nation and homeland, and confronting all conspiracies targeting the Yemeni people. The event described celebrating the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) as a reaffirmation of connection to him and his divine message, which is regarded as the only project capable of bringing real change to human reality.
Speakers stressed that the Prophet's birthday is one of the greatest religious occasions and should be observed with respect, joy, and celebration, while reflecting on his life, his struggles, and his courageous stances against tyrants and oppressors. They also emphasized the importance of drawing lessons from the Prophet's exemplary life and following his guidance. They affirmed that the faithful celebration of the Prophet's birthday by the people enrages the enemies of God and His Messenger.
