Sana'a: Speech ceremonies and cultural evenings were held in Al-Dhahar, Al-Nadira, and Jabala districts of Ibb governorate to commemorate Wilayah Day, marking Imam Ali's allegiance anniversary. The events saw the attendance of district directors and mobilization officials.
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches during the ceremonies highlighted the importance of drawing lessons from Imam Ali's biography. They emphasized that true allegiance requires practical commitment to Quranic principles and that his leadership extended the divine mandate begun by the Prophet (PBUH).
The events also noted Yemen's leadership adoption of Wilayah principles, which has enabled supportive stances for Gaza and confrontation of Zionist-American aggression. Additionally, praise was given for Iran's retaliatory strikes against Israeli targets.
Activities included poetry recitals honoring Imam Ali's legacy, with participants renewing their pledge to follow his path in addressing contemporary challenges facing the Islamic nation.
