Ibb: The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Ibb University, in cooperation with Al-Thawra Teaching Hospital Authority, concluded the clinical examinations for the Surgery Department for third cohort students enrolled in the Medicine and Surgery program. University of Ibb President, Dr. Nasser Al-Hajili, emphasized the importance of utilizing observations and recommendations from the external evaluation committee to enhance academic performance and improve medical education outcomes.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Hajili highlighted that the positive results from these examinations are indicative of progress in the educational process, aligning with modern medical education requirements and the health sector's needs. He reiterated the university's commitment to improving medical education quality and creating a conducive learning environment for students to acquire essential knowledge and skills, ultimately benefiting the community and health sector.
The external evaluation committee, responsible for assessing academic and clinical skills against approved standards, praised the academic and practical achievements of the third cohort students. The committee acknowledged the faculty's and teaching staff's efforts in advancing the educational process and enhancing student qualifications. In a closing ceremony, the President of Ibb University, along with other university officials, honored the external evaluation committee members for their contributions to the success of the examinations and educational development.
