Sana'a: The 'Great Messenger' Football Championship concluded in Al-Haymah Al-Dakhiliyah District, Sana'a Governorate, organized by the Office of Youth, Sports, and the Youth Unit of Mobilization in the district on the occasion of the Prophet's birthday anniversary. The tournament, held over 14 days, took place under the supervision of the governorate's Office of Youth and Sports, with the support and sponsorship of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, along with the Fund for the Care of Youth and Adolescents. It featured participation from 20 teams in the juniors and youth categories, with 12 youth teams and 8 junior teams competing.
According to Yemen News Agency, the final match was held at Al-Safa Sports Stadium, where the Al-Ta'awon team faced off against the Imam Ali team in the youth category. Al-Ta'awon emerged victorious, defeating Imam Ali with a score of 2-1, thereby clinching the championship cup.
