Conclusion of Quran Memorization, Recitation Course at Martyr of Quran Center in Dhamar

Dhamar: The Martyr of the Quran Center for Teaching the Holy Quran and its Sciences at Al-Madrasa Al-Shamsiyya and the Grand Mosque in Dhamar city organized a concluding event for the Ramadan Quran memorization and mastery course for the year 1447 AH, honoring the participants.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Director of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance office in the governorate, Faisal Al-Hatfi, highlighted the role of the Holy Quran as a guiding methodology for the nation. He emphasized the importance of encouraging youth to memorize and recite the Quran, urging them to reflect on its teachings and apply them in their daily lives. Al-Hatfi also commended the organizers of the Quran memorization and recitation courses, advocating for the adoption of innovative educational methods to elevate the Holy Quran as a priority.

Zakaria Al-Hamzi, the Deputy Director of Al-Madrasa Al-Shamsiyya, reported that 90 students participated in the course, which concentrated on memorizing five parts of the Quran. He underlined the significance of such courses in fostering a competitive spirit among students to memorize the Quran, preparing future generations with Quranic knowledge and culture.

The event, coordinated with the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance, concluded with the recognition of outstanding students who received certificates of appreciation and in-kind prizes.
