Conclusion of Second Phase of ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’ Training Courses for Presidential Office Staff

Sana'a: The second phase of the mobilization training courses titled 'Al-Aqsa Flood,' organized by the General Secretariat of the Presidency, concluded on Thursday in Sana'a, with the participation of more than 80 staff members. At the closing event, a military drill was conducted in the presence of Secretary-General of the Presidency Hassan Sharaf al-Din, where graduates demonstrated the military skills they acquired during the course, including combat techniques related to the defense of religion and homeland.

According to Yemen News Agency, the course focused on theoretical lectures and practical training covering the fundamentals of combat skills, the use of various types of weapons, and military tactics. These were in line with directives to enhance training and qualification to confront challenges posed by external adversaries. The Secretary-General of the Presidency praised the efforts of the trainers and the participants' engagement, noting the keenness of the General Secretariat to hold the second phase of the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' courses as part of efforts to strengthen preparedness and capabilities.

He highlighted that the course coincided with the anniversary of the withdrawal of U.S. Marines from Yemen, emphasizing the significance of this event. Additionally, he underscored the importance of the training program in preparing staff and enabling them to face field challenges. Graduates expressed appreciation to the leadership of the General Secretariat of the Presidency for organizing the second phase of the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' courses, which provided them with an opportunity to acquire practical and theoretical skills that enhance their capabilities. They affirmed their full readiness to carry out any future tasks assigned to them.
