Consultative Meeting Focuses on Payroll and Administrative Improvements in Sana’a

Sana'a: A consultative meeting was held today in Sana'a, chaired by Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, bringing together ministry leaders and representatives from branch offices in the capital and other governorates.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by Deputy Ministers Abdullah Haidar (Oversight and Evaluation) and Ibrahim Al-Dar (Information Technology), along with branch directors. The discussions focused on several critical issues outlined in the ministry's work matrix. These included correcting irregularities in payroll records, addressing operational budgets for branch offices, and implementing a new mechanism for suspending and releasing half-salary payments.

Further discussions highlighted the activation of the Human Resources System, updating data through the electronic portal, processing returned requests, and finalizing service manuals in the governorates. Additionally, the meeting addressed the role of the ministry's branches in implementing the government integration process.

Minister Al-Hawali emphasized the importance of the meeting in identifying challenges and finding practical solutions to enhance performance, implement development projects, and improve institutional efficiency. He stressed the need for branch offices to take responsibility in improving administrative performance and ensuring the delivery of streamlined, high-quality public services.
