Hajja: The President of the Court of Appeal of Hajja Governorate, Judge Hussein Al-Houthi, and the President of Hajja University, Dr. Taha Al-Hamzi, signed a partnership and cooperation agreement aimed at supporting the justice system and developing human resources.
According to Yemen News Agency, the agreement seeks to establish a scientific and practical partnership between the court and the university to enhance the educational process at the College of Sharia and Law. It aims to link academic study with practical judicial application and qualify judicial and academic personnel to support scientific research and applied legal and Sharia studies.
The agreement also includes enhancing cooperation in teaching and academic participation. It aims to benefit from the expertise of qualified judges and judicial authority members in teaching at the College of Sharia and Law, in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. Additionally, it provides opportunities for practical field training for college students within the court facilities and governorate courts, ensuring that judicial work and confidentiality are not disrupted, under proper supervision.
Moreover, the agreement covers cooperation in organizing conferences, workshops, and specialized training courses. It encourages the exchange of expertise between academics and judicial authority members and contributes to the academic and legal development of court personnel through programs offered by the College of Sharia and Law.
