Sana'a: On this day, June 2, the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression committed extensive acts of violence against the Yemeni people, resulting in multiple civilian casualties, including women and children. According to Yemen News Agency, on June 2, 2015, aggression aircraft conducted airstrikes on multiple locations in Sa'dah province, targeting commercial shops and markets, which resulted in the death of thirteen citizens and injuries to sixteen others. The airstrikes also severely damaged educational facilities and homes in Sana'a province, leaving three women and three children dead. The aggression extended to Al-Dhale'e, Taiz, Hajjah, Marib, and Aden provinces, causing significant destruction to infrastructure and civilian properties. On June 2, 2016, sniper fire and artillery shelling by aggression mercenaries in Taiz and Shabwa provinces led to the death of one citizen and injuries to a child. The ongoing airstrikes in Sana'a, Al-Jawf, and Amran provinces resulted in considerable damage to public and pr ivate properties. In 2017, aggression forces continued their attacks, causing the death of a citizen in Sa'dah province and damaging properties in Baqim district. By June 2, 2019, the assaults expanded to Ibb, Al-Hudaydah, and Abyan provinces. Mercenaries and aggression aircraft inflicted damage through airstrikes and shelling of residential areas, further escalating the humanitarian crisis in the region. The aggression on June 2, 2020, saw intensified airstrikes in Marib, Al-Jawf, Hajjah, and Sa'dah provinces, along with relentless shelling in Al-Hudaydah, posing significant threats to civilian lives and properties. In 2021, Saudi artillery shelling injured five citizens in Sa'dah province. Aggression aircraft launched numerous airstrikes in Marib and Al-Jawf provinces, while mercenaries established combat fortifications in Al-Hudaydah, indicating continued hostilities. On June 2, 2022, mercenary shelling in Al-Bayda province resulted in the death of a young girl and injuries to her family members. The aggression forces carried out airstrikes and artillery shelling across Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Sa'dah, and Al-Dhale'e provinces, exacerbating the plight of the Yemeni population. Most recently, on June 2, 2023, spy aircraft conducted airstrikes, and mercenaries shelled various areas in Al-Hudaydah province, perpetuating the cycle of violence and destruction. These persistent acts of aggression over the years highlight the severe impact on Yemeni civilians and infrastructure, contributing to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the region.
