Sana'a: Crowds continue to flock from various districts of Sana'a governorate to participate in the major central event commemorating the Prophet's birthday at al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sana'a. The various entrances to the capital were crowded with Muhammadan crowds carrying green banners and slogans expressing welcome and joy for the birth of the Greatest Messenger, may God's prayers and peace be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, the large turnout reflects the keenness to celebrate the Prophet's birthday and the special place the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him and his family, holds in the hearts of the descendants of the Ansar.
