Taiz: The local authority, General Mobilization, and general reserve units in Taiz province held a cultural evening on the occasion of the anniversary of Yawm al-Wilayah (Day of Guardianship) for the year 1447 AH, under the slogan: "Whoever I am his master (mawla), then this Ali is his master."
According to Yemen News Agency, during the evening, a member of the Shura Council, Salah Bajash, pointed to the importance of commemorating this occasion, especially as the nation today is in dire need of knowing how to show allegiance to Imam Ali. He explained that allegiance is not merely words and celebrations, but is achieved through love, and true love comes from practical following of all his sayings and actions.
The evening, attended by a number of military leaders and general reserve units, featured various segments and diverse folk dances.
