Sana'a: A cultural and oratory evening was held in Shu'ub District of the Capital Secretariat, in the Be'er Zaid al-Shamaliyah neighborhood of al-Jiraf al-Sharqi, to mark the occasion of the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him and his family) birthday.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Shura Council members Ahmed al-Sharabi, Mohammed al-Shouai, and Ali al-Soufi; Deputy Secretary of the Capital Secretariat for the Education and Youth Sector Mohammed al-Bannous; and member of the Yemeni Scholars Association, Allama Hamoud Sharaf al-Din.

Shura Council member Dr. Ali al-Mu'ayyad emphasized that celebrating the Prophet's birth is fundamentally a celebration of the values, principles, and moral foundations of faith he embodied. He highlighted the importance of the occasion in drawing lessons from the life of the Prophet-his character, courage, struggle, and unity-building-particularly in the face of current challenges, foremost among them the Zionist aggression against the people of Gaza.

The evening, attended by local leaders, dignitaries, and community figures, also featured poetry recitations and expressive nasheed performances.
