Al-mahwit: The Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences in Al-Khabt district organized a cultural event today to celebrate the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday. The gathering was graced by the presence of Deputy Governor Yahya Al-Dhaher and the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Mohammed Al-Zaykam.
According to Yemen News Agency, district director Ali Qutainah highlighted the significance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday anniversary. He emphasized the deep connection between the nation and the Prophet's message, which historically guided people from ignorance to the enlightenment of Islam. Qutainah remarked that such occasions are pivotal for strengthening awareness of the Prophet's guidance and for drawing inspiration from his teachings on dignity, honor, and resilience.
Qutainah also addressed the ongoing challenges faced by Yemen, asserting that the aggression against the country would not succeed. He praised the Yemeni people's steadfastness and strong adherence to their faith-based identity and their enduring connection to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family.
The event, which drew participation from executive and security leaders, social figures, faculty members, and students, featured choral performances and poems celebrating the significance of the occasion.
