Aflah al-sham: The Directorate of Aflah Al-Sham in Hajjah Governorate organized a cultural event to commemorate the Rajab Friday holiday under the slogan “Faith is Yemeni and Wisdom is Yemeni.”
According to Yemen News Agency, the event saw participation from notable figures including the Director of the Directorate, Ahmed Al-Arjali, the Secretary of the Local Council, Muhammad Ghawth, and the Mobilization Officer, Mansour Al-Zaghafi. They highlighted the significance of the Rajab Friday holiday as a means to reaffirm commitment to the Muhammadan path and the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt.
The occasion was seen as a pivotal moment to reinforce a faith-based identity and Quranic culture while honoring the legacy of the forefathers who upheld the banner of Islam and supported the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family, the Holy Quran, and Islamic sanctities.
During the event, speakers underscored the esteemed status of the Yemeni people with the Messenger of God, peace be upon him and his family, and their enduring connection to Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and the Ahl al-Bayt. The gathering, which included directors of executive office branches, members of the Local Council, and influential social figures, featured expressive poems celebrating these themes.
