Sana'a: The Mobilization in Al-Sabeen District of the Capital Secretariat organized a cultural event to commemorate the annual anniversary of Al-Sarkha (the cry) for the year 1447 AH, under the title "The slogan is a weapon and a stance." During the event, the Vice Speaker of the Shura Council, Daif Allah Rassam, highlighted the significance of the anniversary in reinforcing concepts of pride, dignity, and resistance against external control. He emphasized its role in fortifying national unity and perseverance amid challenges threatening the nation's religion, identity, and independence.
According to Yemen News Agency, Rassam described the slogan as a corrective movement that revitalized national pride and dignity in times of subservience to foreign influences. He acknowledged its cultural and intellectual impact and its contribution to fostering a community mindset that opposes dominance and reliance on external entities. Rassam underscored the importance of the slogan and the martyred leader's influence in awakening the nation, breaking the silence, and moving towards active resistance against projects that undermine faith identity.
