Sanaa: The Department of Women's Development in Sana'a Governorate organized a cultural symposium on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the September 21 Revolution under the slogan "Freedom and Independence".

According to Yemen News Agency, the symposium addressed the reasons behind the establishment of the revolution and its objectives. It examined the conditions in Yemen prior to the revolution, highlighting the country's dependence on external influences.

The discussions emphasized that the revolution has restored Yemen's freedom, dignity, and status in the Arab and regional arenas. It has also led to achievements across economic, agricultural, military, and social fields.

The participants urged the preservation of the revolution's gains, honored the sacrifices of the martyrs, and called for continued resistance against foreign conspiracies.
