Dhamar: The branch of the National Committee for Women in Dhamar province, in coordination with the Women’s Commission and the Department of Education in Dhamar, organized a cultural seminar entitled: “Yemeni women, with their Qur’anic culture and steadfastness, are a symbol of pride and dignity.” The seminar was held to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the National Steadfastness Day, gathering women leaders from various sectors.
According to Yemen News Agency, the seminar featured presentations on the impact of the aggression against the Yemeni people, detailing the destruction and losses over a decade. Discussions included the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and the achievements of the armed forces, particularly in military industrialization.
The seminar also addressed Zionist plans targeting the nation and highlighted the role of Qur’anic culture in protecting society and women from the threats of the soft war, which seeks to dismantle societal values. It also critiqued certain scholars’ methods of misleading the nation.
Economic impacts of the aggression and measures to strengthen steadfastness and economic stability were also discussed. The seminar underscored the importance of self-sufficiency, encouraging productive families, and building trust in local products.
