Deputy Foreign Minister Engages with Direct Aid Kuwait Office on Yemen Cooperation

Sana'a: Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Abdulwahid Abu Ras engaged in discussions with Ali Butayt, the Director of the Direct Aid Kuwait Office in Sana'a, focusing on collaborative efforts between Yemen and the organization, as well as strategies to enhance and develop this partnership.

According to Yemen News Agency, during the meeting, Deputy Foreign Minister Abu Ras acknowledged the significant role played by the association in Yemen. He assured the Ministry's commitment to providing all necessary support and addressing any challenges faced by the organization in its operations.

Abu Ras highlighted the urgency of intensifying efforts to address the increasing humanitarian needs in Yemen due to ongoing conflict and blockades. He emphasized the Ministry's readiness to facilitate the organization's missions to ensure the delivery of aid.

Ali Butayt, Director of the Direct Aid Kuwait Office, shared insights into the organization's projects in Yemen, which cover areas such as food assistance, economic empowerment, water, and health. He confirmed the association's dedication to offering comprehensive support to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
