Sa'ada: The Deputy Governor of Sa'ada, Saleh Aqab, alongside Deputy Heads of the Education Sector Ahmed Hajeb and Abdullah Al-Jalal, inaugurated the exhibition "Firm Against the Disbelievers, Merciful Among Themselves" at Al-Qass Basic and Secondary School for Girls in Sa'ada District. This event marked a significant highlight in the region's celebration of the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth.
According to Yemen News Agency, the school's administration, teachers, and students collectively presented financial support to the missile force and the drone air force. This act of generosity was closely tied to the school's involvement in the commemorative activities for the Prophet's birth, embodying a spirit of unity and dedication.
During the opening ceremony, Deputy Governor Aqab lauded the exhibition's expressive panels and sculptures, which skillfully linked prophetic history with contemporary themes, particularly the sculpture of the martyred leader, Sayyed Hussein Al-Houthi. Aqab emphasized the exhibition's role in fostering a connection between past and present struggles.
Deputy Heads of the Education Sector, Hajeb and Al-Jalal, along with district Education Sector head Abdul Fattah Hajr, praised the efforts of Al-Qass School's students and teachers. Their financial contributions showcased their deep-rooted connection to the Prophet (PBUH) and their commitment to supporting national defense initiatives.
Su'ad Al-Madani, the school principal, highlighted the financial contribution, totaling over one million six hundred thousand riyals. This gesture was made in support of the missile and drone air forces, described as a contribution for the sake of God.
In a related event, Deputy Governor Aqab, joined by Al-Jalal, Hajeb, and Lutfullah Al-Awawi, Director of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance office, inaugurated the "Greatest Messenger" exhibition at Umm Al-Mu'minin Khadija bint Khuwaylid Basic and Secondary School in Qahzah, Sa'ada city. This exhibition featured various artistic expressions celebrating the Prophet.
Al-Awawi noted the significance of the exhibition, which included sculptures, paintings, and photographs, illustrating the strong connection of Khadija School's students and teachers to the Prophet (PBUH). The events were attended by educational leaders and social figures, further emphasizing the community's involvement in these commemorative activities.
