Deputy Head of Endowments Authority Evaluates Post-Eid Employee Discipline at Headquarters


Sanaa: Deputy Head of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance, Dr. Fouad Naji, conducted an inspection of employee attendance and work discipline at the Authority’s headquarters following the Eid Al-Adha holiday.



According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Naji’s visit included a review of the workflow and employee commitment to official working hours. He was joined by deputies from various sectors, including Dr. Mohammed Al-Somali from the Investment and Resource Development Sector, Ahmed Majli from the Mosques and Charitable Endowments Sector, Mohammed Manea from the Guidance and Quran Education Sector, Moqbel Al-Kudahi from the Hajj and Umrah Affairs Sector, and Mohammed Jahaf from the Endowment Properties Sector.



The inspection involved assessing the level of employee attendance and discipline across the Authority’s sectors and general departments. Dr. Naji also engaged with the deputies and general directors to discuss plans and projects for the upcoming period, review past activities, and explore strategies to ensure the success of the Authority’s initiatives.



Dr. Naji expressed his appreciation for the high level of employee discipline observed, attributing it to the commitment and awareness among the Authority’s leadership and staff regarding the significance of adhering to official duties. He encouraged employees to enhance their efforts and collaborate in a spirit of teamwork to improve performance and achieve the Authority’s goals.



He emphasized the importance of strengthening endowment performance, boosting revenues, and focusing on the care, maintenance, and preservation of mosques. Additionally, Dr. Naji highlighted the need to support those managing mosques to restore the role of endowments in serving both houses of worship and society, in alignment with the intentions of endowers.
