Deputy Minister and Governors Pay Tribute to Martyr Leader in Sa’ada

Sa’ada: Deputy Minister of Administration and Local and Rural Development Nasser Al-Mahdar, accompanied by the governors of Aden, Al-Mahra, Hadhramaut, and Socotra, visited the mausoleum of the martyr leader in the Maran area of Saada Governorate. The visit aimed to honor the sacrifices made by the martyr leader and his fellow mujahideen.

According to Yemen News Agency, the delegation, which included the Undersecretary of the Ministry Mansour Al-Lakomi, Sheikh Abdul-Qader Dabash, the Ministry’s cadres, and a delegation from Al-Mahra Governorate, recited Al-Fatihah for the martyr leader and all the nation’s martyrs. The group also visited Jurf Suleiman, where Sayyed Hussein Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi was martyred, and received insights into the historical struggle against injustice.

The Deputy Minister highlighted the significance of the visit in reinforcing the connection with the martyr leader’s approach to opposing adversaries. He emphasized the importance of learning from the jihadist biography and approach of the martyr leader, which has inspired a new era for the Yemeni people, marked by resistance and dignity. The Deputy Minister noted Yemen’s achievements in confronting global powers and supporting the Palestinian people as outcomes of the martyr leader’s Quranic project.

The delegation also visited the Atharb Dam in Haidan District, a project completed by the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit at the Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development. They were briefed by officials from the Agricultural Programs Department on the dam’s importance, storage capacity, and its role in boosting agricultural development and crop production.
