Beirut: Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Nabeeh Nasser, congratulated national athletics team player Abdullah Al-Hasouli on winning the gold medal in the 5,000-meter race and the bronze medal in the 3,000-meter race at the 3rd West Asian Youth Championships, held in the Lebanese capital, Beirut.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Minister expressed in a telegram sent to Al-Hasouli that this achievement reflects the determination and resolve of Yemeni youth. The success of Al-Hasouli is seen as a testament to the development of athletics in Yemen, despite the challenges faced by the country.
