Sa'ada: Deputy Speaker of Parliament Abdulsalam Hashoul inspected the level of medical and health services at the Saudi al-Salam Hospital in Sa'dah Governorate. During his visit, the Deputy Speaker engaged in discussions about the hospital's operations and ongoing development with Dr. Muhammad Abu al-Khair, the hospital's director, and Zaid Jahaf, the administrative director. The inspection was attended by Sheikh Ali Qarsha and Sheikh Abdul Qawi Shuwait.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Speaker toured various newly opened departments, including the CT scan unit, central pharmacy, inpatient, sterilization, pediatric, radiology, and emergency departments. Hashoul praised the hospital's modernization efforts and encouraged its leadership to continue improving medical services for citizens.
The Deputy Speaker acknowledged the contributions of the hospital director and the medical and administrative staff in advancing the hospital's facilities and enhancing patient services. He emphasized the need for establishing two intensive care units, a dialysis unit, and the expansion of the emergency department to better cater to the community's needs.
In response, the hospital director expressed gratitude for the Deputy Speaker's attention to the hospital's conditions and the services it offers to patients.
