Sana'a: A 15-day training course for Development Knights concluded Saturday in Maeen and Shu'ub districts of the Capital Sana'a, organized by the local councils and Bunyan Development Foundation as part of a volunteer support program.
According to Yemen News Agency, the course was supported by the Capital's Agricultural and Fisheries Project Finance Unit and coordinated with the Social Affairs Office and the Agricultural Cooperative Union. It successfully trained 73 participants in volunteer work, community initiatives, and urban development.
Officials involved in the program emphasized the importance of empowering local communities, highlighting the need to enhance development, build effective partnerships, and achieve self-sufficiency. The training course was lauded as a significant step toward activating cooperative associations and fostering community leadership to address local needs efficiently.
