Dhale': The Board of the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in Dhale' province, under the leadership of Acting Governor Abdullatif al-Shaghdari, convened on Monday to evaluate the progress of the fund's initiatives.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting focused on strategies to enhance revenue streams, improve coordination with relevant bodies, and execute the cleanliness plan in Damt city. The discussion also addressed challenges and proposed solutions to improve the fund's impact.
Al-Shaghdari highlighted the importance of strengthening both administrative and field operations. He urged for increased awareness to foster cooperation with sanitation workers and emphasized the need to elevate the fund's performance, particularly in the tourist city of Damt.
Fund Director Saleh al-Sha'ffali provided an overview of the ongoing cleaning, improvement, and planting efforts throughout streets and neighborhoods, while also outlining the obstacles encountered.
