Dhale': Dhale' governorate on Tuesday held a meeting, chaired by Acting Governor Abdulltif al-Shaghdari, to discuss the performance of the governorate's Zakat Office and its revenue collection mechanism. Al Shaghdari emphasized that Zakat projects are now tangible and effectively alleviate the suffering of the poor and needy, especially given current circumstances. He stressed the need for collective responsibility and intensified efforts to serve those in need.
According to Yemen News Agency, Director of the Zakat Office Ahmed al-Dhahyani presented an overview of the office's work progress, implemented projects, and its efforts in collecting zakat revenues.
