Dhale’ Gas Cylinder Replacement Initiative Begins

Dhale': The Yemen Gas Company launched the first phase of a program to replace damaged domestic gas cylinders with refurbished ones for residents in Al-Dhalea governorate. This initiative commenced on Monday and aims to enhance safety and service delivery in the region.

According to Yemen News Agency, the first phase is focused on replacing 1,000 cylinders across the districts of Damt, Juban, al-Husha, and Qa'taba. The program plans to extend further with an additional 2,000 cylinders in its second phase. The replacement process is designed to be free of charge, utilizing ID cards to ensure an orderly distribution and maintain public safety.

The company also confirmed that the gas supply is stable nationwide, with adequate reserves to meet the demand, especially with the holy month of Ramadan approaching.
